Curious to know if I set a triggered email based on record having certain tags, does it need to have ALL of the tags I outline (AND) or will it work if any of the tags are present (OR)?
Specifically, we rate our guests from 1 to 3 in five areas: Overall, Communication, Attitude, Cleanliness, and Difficulty. If they are rated a 3 in ALL areas AND has no violations or damage, I want to send message A. If they are rated "overall" rated a 2 AND are rated a 2 OR a 3 in any other area, AND have no violations or damage, I want to send message B.
It would be awfully nice if there were a more complex trigger option where we can specify all the typical has this AND this AND this OR this.
It would also be great if we could test a trigger to ensure it's working the way we anticipate before pushing it live—ensuring something doesn't go awry.
At present, tag criteria are OR, not AND.
