Allow events on Air B&B

Air B&B's site still allows you to say that events are allowed, despite their ban.  Events are more than just parties.  We should not be forced to send a "no events" signal to Air B&B since they still allow you to say yes to events.

According to Airbnb: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2704 parties and events continue to be disallowed.
 
The only exception is "traditional hospitality venues".  We'll make inquiries as to exactly what that means, but as far as we can tell, it wouldn't be generally applicable.
