Leaving Hostaway because of their booking fee?

Anyone else having trouble reaching help@ownerreservations.com?

I found your ticket, and, it has indeed been replied to.  If you have not received / seen that response, the most likely explanation is that it ended up in your spam folder - please check there.  Otherwise, perhaps there is an issue with your email account or server, but I'm not seeing any bounces for your email, so that's less likely.
