In the current Inquiry status, it only classifies an Inquiry as "Unavailable Dates" if all the dates in the Inquiry are unavailable. For example, if the booking is for 7 days and 6 of the 7 days are Booked it still shows up a "Available" which is not very useful.
At the very least, if more than 50% of the dates are unavailable it should be in "Unavailable Dates" status, but the best solution would be to add the new status so we can have more effective filters for follow-up.

If your inquiry is showing as "Available" even though one or more nights overlapping the inquiry dates is booked that sounds like a bug. Can you write in to our support with details and provide the inquiry number so we can investigate?
