Updates
- Optimize data load for main grids and ribbons (Booking, Quote, Inquiry, Contact, Property) and optimize a couple of slower queries
- Increase Third Party Alert email address length to 128 and simplify the TPA add page
- Simplify default date range on Email List Report
- On SMS-only accounts, make voice calls go directly to voicemail (no waiting 6-7 rings)
