Create Rooms & Connect Photos to Rooms

Private vs. Shared Spaces

OwnerRez Users have the ability to define rooms or spaces in their properties as private or shared.

What are shared rooms or spaces? Shared rooms or spaces are shared with other guests or hosts outside of your travel party, such as a shared kitchen or outdoor space.

Private rooms or spaces, such as living rooms and kitchens, are reserved for the exclusive use of your travel party only, such as renting an entire home or condo.

Properties listed on Airbnb, including API connected Airbnb properties, support shared spaces, and rooms should reflect whether it is a private or shared space.

VRBO does not support inside shared spaces.

Accessibility Amenities

It is important to note that for all API-connected Airbnb properties that have set Accessibility Amenities, Airbnb requires at least one photo for each Accessibility Amenity. For more specific Airbnb information, see the Airbnb article for hosts, Adding Accessibility Features to Listings.

See the Accessibility Amenities section for specific information.
