OwnerRez does not support email blasts—that is, marketing emails sent to all previous guests or to a subset of them. At the moment, OwnerRez only sends emails to a particular guest one at a time.
However, that doesn't mean you can't do it! This allows our users to extract data from OwnerRez and use it in a tool designed for email marketing.
After you generate your email list, be sure to exclude any listing channel platform or proxy email addresses. What are platform or proxy email addresses, and why should you not use them? Platform email or proxy email addresses are formatted like "joe.smith.12345@messages.airbnb.com" or "joe.smith12345@messages.booking.com." These platform/proxy email addresses aren't real. If you send messages to platform or proxy email addresses, you run the risk of sending emails to potential guests on the original listing channel platform, which is then recorded in OwnerRez as part of conversation threads.
How do you avoid collecting platform or proxy email addresses?
- OwnerRez recommends using the Email List Report, which includes the default option to exclude email domains such as airbnb.com, booking.com, etc.

Email List Report
We do store all emails from all your guests, which you can see in the Reports area in our Email List Report. You can then export this report to Excel, so you get a spreadsheet that can be imported into a newsletter tool like MailChimp.
Our reports can provide much more useful information than just the email address. They also include the default option to exclude email domains such as airbnb.com, booking.com, etc. And the Email List Report includes fields for what the guest did last, such as "inquired" or "booked," and a friendly date. That way, you can start your mail blast with a personalization like this...

In the Bookings List View, click on Show All.
From the top right side Export drop-down list, users can select the type of file they'd prefer to download.

In the Contacts section, users can select the type of file they'd prefer to download from the top right Export drop-down list.
