OwnerRez has partnered with LocalOTA to provide an integrated API connection between the two systems. This allows OwnerRez users to handle their listings and bookings from LocalOTA efficiently. LocalOTA is a white-label travel software provider dedicated to empowering travel businesses of all kinds, from individual hotels and home rentals, to DMOs such as visitor centers, as well as international OTAs similar to Airbnb and Booking.com, making them a versatile choice for enhancing local travel offerings.

What is synchronized?
Our integration pushes listing content, rates, and availability, to LocalOTA. LocalOTA will send you bookings with full charge details.
Setup
To get the integration process started:
- In OwnerRez, go to Settings > API Integrations > Connect a Channel, then select Connect LocalOTA.
- Make sure to configure the channel settings and save.
- Once you save, find your Account ID on the Instructions tab. Please sign up at https://app.localota.com/signup.php
If you already have an account, please log in and proceed to Settings > Connected Software > Channel Manager. From there, you can select OwnerRez and add your "Account ID," and LocalOTA will begin importing your properties.
