Worth every penny.
Customer service is exceptional. When I have a question I get an answer within a day, and they'll follow up again a few days later to make sure all is good. The have webinars often as well for extra help and information. Reasons for Choosing OwnerRez: I did the Guesty trial first and thought it was clunky. I liked OwnerRez website widgets to be able to use them on my own hosted website.
Pros
OwnerRez is so easy to use and keeps everything I need to manage my property all in one place.
Cons
I have yet to find anything I dislike about OwnerRez.
