You could text it to them, as well. I do both typically so they'll check their email once they've read my text.

I auto send from OR a generic text to the guest after the email had gone out reminding them to check their email to help alleviate this.

I don't like the VRBO app at all. Updates lag, notifications aren't great, attachments stink. Airbnb is fine. Ideally I'm on a computer more than not so that's what drives my desire for OR and VR…
