Is there a way to collect ALL of the guests emails that will be staying in our property, instead of only the guest the books? Airbnb has a way of doing this but they code their emails so that we can't contact guests off platform. It would be so nice to have all of the emails for each guest. I just recently found a group that has stayed with us more than 5 times, but someone different booked each time so I didn't have them in my data as "Repeat Guests". Thank You
Also, a Loyalty Program would be amazing. I'm currently looking for easy ways to document my repeat and VIP guests so that they may earn rewards.
